Mitchell Schuman has been arrested and charged with simple battery after allegedly participating in an assault on a child in the West Boca Raton community of Lotus. The incident, captured on video, shows several adults physically restraining a young boy who was allegedly doing wheelies on his e-bike and depriving him of his cell phone.
